COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Communication Skills
Workshop," multi-day
Workshop that help participants build their listening, writing,
oral presentation, interpersonal effectiveness,
and influencing skills.

and Receiving Feedback," a one-day Workshop that focuses
on the critical competency of giving and receiving
feedback - both positive feedback (feedback
for reinforcement) and corrective feedback (feedback for
change).
